In the small village of Agbani, where the trees whispered ancient secrets and the rivers sparkled like diamonds, lived a boy named Chinco. He wasn’t like the other children—he had a mysterious mark on his palm, shaped like a glowing star.

From the day Chinco turned 12, strange things began to happen. Flowers bloomed where he walked, birds followed him as if he were their king, and once, during a heavy storm, he raised his hand and the lightning obeyed him.

Chinco had magical powers, a gift passed down from his great-grandfather—a legendary guardian of the forest. But Chinco never used his powers for fun or to show off. He used them only to protect and help the people he loved.

One day, his little sister Ada fell very sick. No medicine worked. The village healer whispered, "Only the Heart of Light, hidden deep in the Whispering Mountain, can save her."

Without a second thought, Chinco set off alone, facing dangerous forests, wild beasts, and dark magic. With courage in his heart and the love for his sister guiding him, he fought fearsome shadows, crossed flaming rivers, and finally stood before the glowing Heart of Light.

But there was a guardian spirit guarding it. “Why do you seek this power?” it asked.

Chinco bowed and replied, “Not for me. For my sister. For those I love.”

The spirit saw the truth in his heart. “Then you are worthy.”

Chinco returned to the village, glowing with light. He touched Ada's forehead, and she opened her eyes, smiling.

From that day, Chinco was known as the Boy of Light, the one who used magic not for fame, but for love.
