I don't really use religion since it's so biased. I'm just using it as an example for right now.

Yeah those are false religions, Jesus Christ is the one true God and we should devote our life to him, he died for our sins, rose from the dead and if we commit to him each day we will have everlasting life.. so turn from yours sins pray to the lord above and ask for forgiveness and give him praise
