Honestly, I know it’s rlly scary to eat but when I felt constantly nauseous the solution was to eat more. I’d say start with a carb, it doesn’t have to be huge, but if you have bread, oatmeal, rice, etc it might help. If you can keep it down, good! If not, maybe you’ll feel better after you get out whatever’s in your system. If your stomach feels decent enough to eat after a few minutes, then do a protein (meat, egg, milk, yogurt, etc) and/or the smoothie (idk how to make a smoothie either vro maybe google it 😭💔). If you REALLY, ABSOLUTELY do not want ANY chance of puking then just skip straight to googling how the make the smoothie :> (not trying to boss u around btw just advice)
