update

ive been tryibg to be able to run again for 8 months after my medical emergency caused by malnutrition, and last month, my doctor said if i gained 2kg i can run again, i put in the work, it was HARD its so HARD needing to eat past ur full i was in so much pain because of the overeating, i came in my appointment today, i have to wait 2 more weeks, even though i did the work 🥲i mean its ok
i wna run, runnings my thing, it clears my head
