fasting leads to malnutrition

if u wna lose weight, eat whole nutrituous foods instead of junk

ur not fat, ur 11, ur a kid

im js saying thats not how u do it eat salads and exersize and do it healrhy ur to young to fast

i used to not eat for a week then eat and id gain weight............
