Rewatching an anime I used to like and Iโm disgusted
Almost all of the relationships in this show are predatory. Whether that be age, or power dynamics. Like for example in this drawing of Ban and Elane or however you spell her name. They met when he was like 18 or something and she was 40000000 years old or whatever. Which she looks like a TODDLER while he looks like a grown ass man. And I guess theyโre โsoulmatesโ which is Uber freaky. Then the main character looks like a little boy and his girlfriend Elizabeth looks like a grown woman. (Which is also freaky but heโs actually the freakazoid here) I can go on and on about all the freaky weird shit in this anime.
