Papa Honey
Papa Honey is a cowboy bear guest star introduced in 1985 in the Bill E location in Colorado. He stuck around for a few weeks in the first location and was then removed, he was probably playing along Noli meowskers, another guest star that was removed after him. He would do Elvis impressions and sing covers of various country songs.
