Valentine was a very strange woman herself, and we all know Fritz is the weirdest weirdo out there. The two fit like a glove, and had terrible sense of humor. Valentine was an extremely affectionate person towards him, so if you ever asked her about him expect a three hour rant about him. Or longer depending on what question you asked her.

The two met while being Nerosurgeons, Fritz has a Donatello pin holding his badge and she recognized it. Instantly, the two knew they were a match.
