Grapple - where is the sticksassin (pt 10)

Story:

So, basically, this new character named grapple/the grappler is a buddy of the sticksassin.
He came to the big boss' (red guy) facility to come break him out of captivity but it turns out, he already escaped his cell, so all that's left to do now is catch up with him, and escape together.
