Tips i guess

When something accelerates it has to decelerate. So I'm sure all animators know about the bouncing ball rule. Well basically apply that to all movement and you'll have smoother animations.

And if something is moving indepent of air resistance or any kind of resistance, follow through gives a good little bit to the animation.

(Follow through is basically going further than needed to convey speed)
