What happened about me and why I was gone

In 2022, when I was 17, I fell into a coma due to illness and poor health. I woke up around mid-2023 and have been doing better since then. I will turn 20 years old in three days. Although I've been focusing on other things, I plan to rebuild everything I had established over the past year, as my account was deactivated a year after I was gone.
