I hate where i live sm.. *tw animal abuse

There's these people in my estate who literally starves there dogs and uses them for hunting . And then the just abandon them. I see them walking around the estate from others estates too because a bunch of ppl do this where I live. They are starving you can see there bones. It makes me feel sick. I saw this guys shoving his dog in his small trunk. You see the dogs walking around town left to die when they are not useful for them anymore. Those poor dogs. And the police don't do anything abt it.
The ppl who do this are all related, and all nasty. Me and my friends when we see the dogs walking around we try to feed them. Also the ppl have like a bunch of dogs in there small garden. And they never walk them or feed them. And the ppls kids who do this are acc like so messed up, they tried to beat up my friend just because she looked at them walking passed and they hit me with a metal pole once and a needle for no reason. And the people also bread there dogs forcefully it's disgusting, they hit them really hard aswell
