quick oc doodle

I made this oc bc i like drawing frilly clothes and ruffles, so she's just here wearing fancy clothes kekekkeeke :33 also it's canon that this oc has no eyebrows,,
I'll have to try do a drawing on here with a bunch of frills and ruffles and see if I survive the lag !
