Great advice, except the only body part I'm able to put in hot water (even just slightly warmer water) are my hands and nothing else🥲

It's gonna be graded and I only started today, it's due tomorrow, and I'm no where near half finished even though I spent a little over 3 hours on it😭😭

I recommend taking a hot shower, that’s probably the best thing you can do here, even if you already showered today then just run your whole body under hot water (as hot as you can take without it being painful) for a few minutes. I hope u feel better soon gl on that project
