Description:This toon only occurs in Halloween but trust me they will send a chill the first encounter but they're coy just as you hiding in boxes so they won't be seen

Toon stats:3 health 3 skillcheck 5 speed 5 stamina 1 stealth 2 extraction speed

Toon ability:haunting forcefield passive ability toons with in a 150 stud radius will get a invisibility cloak for 10 secounds and 10% more speed for 7 secounds once this toon (Ghastloot)

Secret ability haunted machine this toon turns the valve by going in the machine while in this state they can't get spotted(this is why they have 2 extraction speed)
