how many times do i need to specify that im probably the most sensitive person on this app

anything that seems even remotely rude or angry will drive me into an unintentional spiral. i think i will start blocking people more freely especially if theyre a pos.
if you dont care about other people much or something like that please dont interact with me, as respectfully as possible
i grew up in a house which has punished me badly for lots of little things. this has made me grow up into this person who just panics continuously when receiving any sort of supposed backlash
