Im working on a paper that I did not finish rn

The last question literally is "All compounds are molecules but not all molecules are compounds" What is meant by this statement? My brain broke cuz of this. I have a answer down but it makes my head hurt more cuz I said "Molecules can have same or different atoms in it, but compounds can have only different elements. Also elements are made with 1 type of atom, basically making it a molecule but not a compound, but with 2 different elements you can make a compound." I'm am getting an F on this for sure, and I gave myself a headache twice. Also my sis came in and saw what I was doing and said " I am not a scientist so I need to search it up. Wait your gen alpha, don't be searching up the answers!" Ok I'm sry but since when did the year I was born in have to do with science??
