I ALMOST threw up... 😁

So after doing a lap that we HAD to do in 7 minutes 😩 I was coughing like crazy like I didn't even have time to breath 😭 so something went up my throat... I covered my mouth and swallowed... that was terrible. I told my teacher that I almost threw up he asked if I wanted to go to the office and I just said idk. So I just kept doing P.E while taking water breaks ( a lot) so im doing well right now 😁
