I’d appreciate if you didn’t try correcting me I did research I LOTS about manga before creating the script for mine so I’m aware of what a comic and manga is as I’m obsessed with both-

In the uk USA etc they make manga a lot more separate of a thing that in Japan, in Japan any comic would be a manga but over in Ik USA etc it’s a separate thing so I call mine manga because that’s what it reflects

I'm aware of that, but that doesn't make it a separate thing entirely. Japan isn't the only country in the world that does things different than USA. It's a visual novel at the end of the day, because it has pictures and text. it reading a different direction and coming from a different place doesn't change that
