ok so basically charlie, the oc i made as a fanmade toon handler for rodger and shipped with Aurthor Walton, the co-owner of the gardenveiw center, lost his life after trying to protect rodger from delilah, rodger spent 5 years in the cellar with the event toons and toodles being the replacement while charlie was getting revived with ichor but it failed and he turned twisted, ichor is now making up devil horns and a devil tail as well as bat new attachments to his body, speaking of bats, i made a fanmade oc who is a bat and part of the Halloween case aswell as being rodgers sister, theres more but i dont want to bore you so im still typing
For Rodger’s character development in the story, after 3 years of being in the cellar with the event toons, he started being experimented on by Delilah because he was practically useless for just being stuck in a cellar for so long, his body was exposed to radioactive chemicals so his lamp tail that i gave him in my redesign now looks and acts like uzis tail from murder drones (this is a comparison its not based off of it or copied) when the gardenveiw shut down after 5 years seince charlie was murdered it was the day that there was a party being hosted with every event toon being able to join, “if anything bad happens, well come back for you.” Said Bassie before they left “temporarily” but when the gardenveiw closed, there was a gas leak, the event toons didn’t come back from rodger so he was stuck down there, he could barely breathe and there was no heating source in the cellar anymore because of the shutdown so he was freezing, he tried escaping and pulling the chain off his arm but the medal cuff malfunctioned and crushed his arm, it was fractured into 4 peices and untreated. Sure, he escaped the chain, but he was in agony everywhere with barely any food or water for 3 years, during that time though he found out that a copy of twisted pebble was lurking in the basement where the cellar was, it chased him down every day, giving rodger constant paranoia and later he became scitsofrenic. To prevent being hurt more, rodger made bear traps out of scrap medal in the laboratories located in the basement, he accidentally stepped in one a few months before he was rescued by dyle and his fractured arm became infected with ichor forming claws.
During a conversation with dandy, (dyle thought that rodger was dead because delilah told him that they gassed him) dandy made a joke mentioning that rodger was still alive but in high chances that he could die any second thinking dyle already knew this. Dyle was shocked and said: “WHY DIDNT U TELL ME THIS ERLIER???” And headed to the basement to find his ex boyfriend- AHEM I MEAN BESTIE UHHH— anyway, it didnt take long for dyle to hear a loud bang coming from the laboratory. Dyle found rodger in the worst condition possible, rodger was wheezing slightly because of the gas, his entire body was trembling barely being able to walk, let alone be conscious, he was starving, sleep deprived and paranoid, his claws were holding onto a peice of sharp medal ready to swing in self defense. “Oh my god i thought you were dead…” dyle said “well….at least you aren’t mad at me…i always was terrified you would see me the same way i see myself…” rodger said. After being brought back up to the lobby with the rest of the toons, cosmo and sprout heard about what had happened and volunteered to try and fix Rodger’s injuries. Ginger tried helping but was too guilty of leaving rodger for dead when the gardenveiw shut down. All she could do was look at what happens when you leave someone for dead like that AHEM….BRIZA WHAT THE FUCK- but anyway, while they were getting bandages and plyers to try taking off the bear trap from under rodgers foot, jimmy crashed in through the wall and flew past them, “and they say after being thrown by that ogre, he still flies to this day…” JIMMY NOOOOO- thers still more but im tired so thats it for tonight
