Do you guys ever have those days where you wake up and your body just refuses to work like you do everything slower you can’t walk as fast but you don’t feel tried so you just deal with has this happened to you and what is it called please tell me

I feel like I want to go home most of the time even when I’m home I just feel like I’m at someone else’s home like I’m a guest I just always feel like I’m far from home and I want to go home and I’l be home soon but I’m at my house this is where I live this where I’m supposed to be this is home and I want to go home but not here also ever since I lost connection with a lot of my friends from moving I just feel empty most of the time not happy not sad not angry just nothing no ones probably reading this
