I don't rly know how to draw Austin specifically but,
Practice by using the references so you get the feel for it and develop the memory of their details that are unique to the character's recognizability
Soon enough You'll be able to draw from memory after that

Try using multiple references and doing mini sketches before doing the big thing and don't forget to look at the ref entirely and not focusing on details at first
