Harken the "Angel"

She is a Construct. Constructs are made from scraps and different objects in the real world, and she lives in a place called Fable Haven. She jumped through a portal that scientists opened up. She kills people that make loud sounds because she is scared of bigger Constructs coming through the portal and causing more harm, so she really isn't trying to kill you, but protect you. The portal is closed but she thinks it's still open.
