I need suggestions for my skin

So i dont exactly know if my skin is dry or oily ( my face ) But i think its mostly dry cause theres some small white areas/ spots whatever you guys call it are super dry its not acne its like rubbing an old wall and the old wall has like some ashes falling out, the spots are mostly like that Im sorry if this is disgusting but i want my skin to be soft

Its kind of similar to eczema but its not really eczema It just looks like it but i dont actually know whats the solution for it cause i keep on moisturizing my face and it doesnt work 🧐

I have eczema and idk if that’s happening w u or not but I use just eczema lotion, although some eczema lotions can make it a bit worse so be careful if u use this suggestion.
