So basically its a bunch of seeds and medical seeds and you have to pour them in warm water and let it stay for a bit until the seeds get..a jello, wiggly, disgusting form. After that happens, the water smells like disgusting medical plants too and you have to drink it till the end. I have to drink 1/3 of it 3 times a day until my coughing stops.
