Social-sickness?

I just had an odd encounter

Everytime I'm around a stranger I feel terribly sick, clammy, shaky, difficulty breathing + thinking, cannot bring myself to talk and ready to run. Does anyone know why?

This encounter,
-I was making myself canned food bc not rlly much I have here

-I was relaxed and terribly off gaurd

-person came in to do house work cuz I lowkey forgot

-i'm scared out of my ever loving mind frantically trying to speed up making my food

-They mistake me for a parent of mine/ talk to me

-i tremble as if i could vibrate, wordlessly look back

-they realized I'm not either one and apologize

-i scattered away back to my room

-parents think somethings down right wrong with me

(AND! this dude is soon to be my uncle... why am I scared why..?) ((Sure I never seen him in my life but still.))

It is social anxiety. It can make you feel physically sick. Plus you probably reacted this way because you locked up. Your scared that this person will not like you. This is because its still a new person. You need to try relaxing around strangers more. (easier said then done ik). I recommend asking questions instead of taking theme. Not in this case ofc. But it will put you in a place where you have more power and maybe make you more comfortable.

The age thing makes me feel like I'm not supposed to be afraid but I cannot help it

Damn it
I also feel like this around bigger amounts of strangers (kinda)
This might be some anti social behavior. As of what i know, depending of ur age u don't need to worry that much about it (only from what i know, i may be wrong)
