Anxiety

Guys I need help, I’ve been anxious for most of my like and like- I tend to scrape off the skin on the sides of my thumbs, pull my hair, or like just bite my hand 🤓
So uhh do you guys have any tips on how to make me stop that or at least find a healthy alternative 😋

Awh im so sorry, hope you anxiety gets better
Maybe you can try stimming instead? Like rocking, hand flipping, swaying, it may look a bit silly but It really helps!
If you don’t want really big movements though, you can maybe tap you fingers or feet up and down and stuff like that
I don’t know if it would help you, but you should give it a try! Since I get very overstimulated (I have albinism and sensory processing difficulties so I get overstimulated VERY easily) almost all the time, I stim, and then I feel a bit calmer! So I hope it works for you, good luck :D
