Could be wind burn which seems more likely than anything else with you (in my opinion) its caused by dry cold air. Have you been outside? Maybe try using a humidifier.

Doubley thank you and yeah I perhaps have been scratching at it because yeahhhh can't help that itch its almost like a mosquito in one's ear ngl just irritatingly there

I'll be trying what I can to reduce it but I had to put on neosporin on it considering how badly I had a scratch-attack, for now its late for me and I'll see if that atleast helped in the morning

was googling after sending the message apparently benedryl makes a cream for itching and the reviews say its good ??? it has hydrocortisone in it so it helps with the flaring/irritation but since its benedryl it somehow makes u a little sleepy 😭
