Volt - Reintroduced Personalities and Abilities.

Volt is a kind, but could be very aggressive and hard sometimes. He is the childhood best friend of Blade and has matching scarfs with him based on their favorite color! His face always has such a serious look on it, but that’s only cause he has anger issues.
Volt has WAY less energy than Blade, but really enjoys Blade’s happiness. Volt sometimes has to inform Blade that a situation could be too serious for jokes or playful energy. He also has to listen to Blade yap on certain times, which he’d KINDA listen. Volt also has a grudge against Lightning because they look too similar, and he thinks he’s just a better version of him. (They also have the same power scale.)
On his own time, Volt likes to stay in his room and read books or something while listening to music, and YES, Blade has interrupted this act many times. (Mainly to ask Volt stupid questions, like if there is ever gonna be a zombie apocalypse.)
Volt really cares about Blade though, it doesn’t matter how much they argue or anything.
More small facts -
- Calls Blade retarded, then apologizes right after.
- Once almost got into a fight with lightning, but Blade had to stop it.
- Doesn’t understand the concept of snow because “THE FUCK YOU MEAN WHITE PARTICLES JUST FALL FROM THE SKY? HOW THE HELL DOES IT EVEN GET UP THERE?” - V
- WILL have the audacity to threaten someone if he had to😭
- once scared blade so hard on halloween that Blade hit him in the face.
- Once had an argument with an AI audio about debating if orange or apple juice is better.
- easily ragebaited (obviously)

ABILITIES -

SUPER SPEED.
Volt is able to run very fast when he wants.

ENERGY SWORD.
Volt has a very special sword that he uses complete made of energy.
- Nobody else can use this sword as it is very high in temperature, but Volt is immune to this effect.
(Also yes, this literally means it can pierce and burn through people.)
