If it's something else it's probably something paranormal demons or spirits that's not good

Oh that’s schizophrenia basically you hear realistic voices telling you stuff and start seeing unholy things and as you specified that you saw an aye it wasn’t a and also the White figure standing outside of your window was also not a coincidence and the most common thing is herring voices calling your name and whisper you something just for a heads up.Btw how long had this for and when did it start?
