New oc / project

so since there is an abberent slasher and that the regular one escaped area 51 so this is a slasher who couldnt escape and got ecperimented on now he has a wheel cutter
and he was too strong to contain so he easily got out and on the original i made on paper he has a (tiny knife compared to him) stuck in him and he is abberent sized
and he is in a project called ( ProJect Big Ones ) type 51
