Sooo this happened

I was on Discord, chatting with the admins of our group when a random guy tagged me and said he was greeting me. I was confused, but I played it positive until my neighbor (I don't know which floor, which is even worse T^T) started drilling. There's nothing wrong with that, it's morning and people want to finish what they started, I understand that. But the random person who tagged me said he was also greeting the neighbor who was drilling and at that moment I felt anxious. If that random person knows that they're drilling now, then he lives in a block of flats here somewhere, but it scares me, like how does he even know that I know that I hear my neighbor drilling?!?! Does that mean he knows where I live?? Does that mean he knows what floor I'm on? Or what I look like??

And it doesn't help at all that he said the neighbor is drilling on the fourth floor, which I'm not at all sure about (maybe it's true, but I need to verify it myself)
