This is a Luja Hunter. Not many humans still live in the places where Lujas roam, and Lujas aren't a threat, but Lujas live off a special crystal which is very valuable. So these hunters hunt them. They dress in black because Lujas can't see black.

Certain ones can't. They can see black against bright colors. But not like navy blue or something. It's just how their eyes are.
