I feel down (Important)

Yeah... This.. is, I don’t know. I just felt suddenly upset and sad for no reason. I don’t know why and I want to know... Maybe it’s because of my anxiety.. but, I don’t know... I just need some help... I don’t want to be sad.. 😞
