There’s been so many reports of pets being stolen in my town

One lady said her cat was missing for a few days, then came back with a collar and she took it off.

She let her cat back out and he’s still missing.

My cat has a collar where of it gets stuck, within seconds it comes off so he won’t get hanged or stuck

We still haven’t found him or his collar :\ and yes we put up posters
