Oh. I take melatonin and a tradzodone before bed, but since I did have to wake up at 7AM and I would fall asleep at 10PM so that would make sense lol

Yawning isn't a tic , it could be linked to insomnia , also vocal tics aren't common with ADHD , only act tics , like the ones I do

I don’t know if yawning counts as a tic, I yawn all the time when I’m not bored or when I’m not tired, sometimes I yawn in class and could be interested in the subject so I feel motivated- but then my teacher calls me out saying I disrespected her by yawning-

I have a few tics ! Ones hitting my upper chest , another is moving my neck into my elbow and another is snapping
