A paradox (read desc)

One day you wake up because of your doorbell ringing you go to the door and open it no one is there you look down and see a book on the cover it says "how to time travel" you open the book and read through it you then get to work building it after five years you finish you look at it then back at the book you go in the time machine you set the date back to 2016 January 4th the day you found the book when you do you go to your house and put the book at the door and ring the bell and leave... But who gave you the book first? Because at this time you realize and wonder who made the book first?
