Brittle Fur’s Story” #4

After a few moons they became warriors. Brittle paw’s new name was Brittle Fur. Echo Paw became Echo Leap, and Swift paw became Swift Pelt. The trio were very excited. One day at sun high, swift pelt had been out hunting for a long time two were worried but brittle fur worried the most. They decided to on a patrol party to look for him. After an hour of searching they finally found him. He looked dead but he was still alive. He had been attacked my a group foxes. Brittle fur and echo leap carried him to the med den to get him fixed up. He had been half blinded and broke a leg. Brittle fur just was happy he would still live. After a while, the leader Moon Star had called a meeting. They found out that the deputy had been killed by the same group of foxes. Moon Star scanned her surroundings and chose her new deputy. “Brittle Fur.” She mewed looking prideful. Brittle fur froze and echo nudged her to get her to step up. Moon Star stared at her blankly. “Do you take the role as deputy, brittle fur?” She asked quietly. “I do.” Brittle fur’s neck fur stood as she said that. “Very well.” Moon Star replied. “Clan Dismissed.” Brittle fur was so excited and shocked. She was the deputy. She had to do something so she took her friends on a patrol with her.
