I just went to the park with my family oh gosh was it a mess

My 15 year old brother was chasing my 7 year old sister for getting his hat wet and I had to step in so he wouldn’t hurt her then in the car ride home he kept hitting her and making everyone’s life miserable.
His response to his actions: “I have anger issues”
