I was almost hyperventilating over my knee

So, I had gotten surgery on my knee to replace a cushion for my cartilage, ok. But, earlier I was bending my knee so it wouldn’t lock up but I heard cracking and it was crunchy. Like if there was tiny pieces everywhere in my knee.
So now, I’m trying to be careful on my knee just so I don’t hurt myself on accident because I’m really scared 🥲👍
