Officer Ray, a Detective for the police force can turn himself into a Shadowy Skull Monster that is totally bad ass till noon hits.. then he's back to regular Ray till the sun cools down.
Hero name: X-Ray.. since he can see through solid walls and objects even seeing up to peoples skeletons.
