Guys I keep getting weird notifications and they won't stop and I'm not even followed to the person that keeps sending them

Do you guys keep getting the same notifications from this nameless person on anime maker and they keep posting it over and over again and it's just a drawing of inappropriate stuff like did someone hack this app
