Ok well im making a minigame yesterday but idk how to upgrade tools with commands

Don't need the /enchant command, it costs 1m cash for fortune II
Also the cash also called points, i'm making the game "public" soon.
(also the game is in development lol)
Edit: Just get the cash by play the mining thingy or idk
