I can draw hands... it just takes absolutely forever to do, and I have to erase and redo so many times. Shading is extremely easy for me. Shape/line is a bit hard for me. I usually just skip texture because 1: way to hard to do with shading, 2: hard in general. 3: not important. It does add alot of detail though. I'm working on improving color, but I'm not bad at it.
