Say that again after running like 20+ laps around a huge gym too the same 3 songs you heard last week and the week before and the week before.. etc. (AS A “WARMUP”) then right after run back and fourth from one side of the gym to the other over and over but WAIT theres a catch! in between you have to do 5 push ups before you can continue running each time you make it to one side of the gym. AND YOU HAVE TO DO THAT FOR THE WHOLE FUCKING PERIOD (which is AN HOUR LONG BTW) and youre tired as fuck because you got 1 hour of sleep and had to wake up AT 6:30 AM 😃 ALSO YOU DONT GET TO TAKE A BREAK TO DRINK WATER ^^
