Kenmaz seems to be a solo developer so I don't blame her it's hard being a developer, And I don't think English is her first language so she probably can't handle with English trolls accordingly! And it's sometimes not worth it since its easy to make alt accs and most trolls don't use their main acc (if they have one at all) Best solution is to block and ignore! :) (Also I made a new acc cuz I lost my old one)
