My sister's ipad.wont.turn.on tried resetting it we tried turning it off and on but it won't work do you guys have any suggestions for us and we also tried charging it my sister is crying right now I think she is depressed
Ok well I don’t have a Samsung but I think you need to put it on charge then reset it
