Actually all buttons got an upgrade exept the report, to delete someone else comment you'd have to block them with the comment, not anymore, the reply button was the same as the edit button, you can reply, edit and delete your own comments, not anymore, the delete button is better (and only deletes) and you can't delete your own comments with the edit button anymore
