Your like me, but I'm not sure, I sleep late I wake up early, and I may understand why you can't, it's the fear of dark , I sound childish but that's the most thing that fears me,I can't sleep at the edge of the bed because I'm scared even if nothing happens, and don't forget to drink water too :)
