I’m really sorry if this counts as bothering you but I just want to say that factory has no right to make you feel bad like that and also I had very bad depression but then my friend and my parents helped me find a therapist I still have depression but not as bad as I used to I’m just saying maybe try to find someone to help you and that we are here for you and again sorry if this counts as bothering you
